Set on the South Course at Te Arai Links, Whaitere is a luxury villa and a private five-bedroom retreat with uninterrupted ocean views across the Te Arai coastline.

This 708 m² residence sleeps up to eight adults, and every bedroom has its own ensuite. Three king rooms and a bunk room sit in the main home. In addition, a separate guest wing adds a fourth king room with a minibar. The layout gives multi-generational families and groups real privacy.

The open-plan living and dining area is built around a full kitchen and breakfast bar, with state-of-the-art AV and surround sound throughout. A dedicated media room with a 98″ TV is ideal for movie nights. Outside, a 12-metre heated pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen make for easy afternoons after golf or the beach. Furthermore, an indoor putting green keeps the game going in any weather. A 40 m² gym, a home office, a laundry and a double garage complete the home. The beach is a ten-minute walk through the dunes.

Daily housekeeping is provided, room service is available, and a private chef can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. Rates include breakfast.
