Fiona S
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Fiona arrived in Queenstown in 1992 for a summer and she loved it so much that she stayed. After a very successful career in Tourism, working in various positions throughout the country Fiona co-found MajorDomo in 2013.
Loving the daily excitement of working with travelers, agents and property owners Fiona has worked as a Director and as our General Manager since MajorDomo was established.
When she isn’t meeting with agents, scouting properties and catching up with the team, Fiona can be found with her family enjoying the beautiful seasons of Queenstown and our amazing outdoors. When time allows, she also loves jumping on a plane to explore other fabulous parts of the world.
Charlotte Jones
GENERAL MANAGER
Originally from the UK, Charlotte (Charlie) left England in 2010 to hop all around the world on global travels before finally settling amongst the mountains and lakes in Queenstown.
With over 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing within the tourism industry prior to MajorDomo, Charlie originally joined MajorDomo in December 2016.
When she isn’t busy seeking new sales opportunities, managing our brand and marketing our portfolio, Charlie loves to spend time with her family outdoors and can be found making the most of the Central Otago region; she loves hitting the slopes on her snowboard, adventuring on a hike or stand up paddleboarding.

Poppy Kupreichik
SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Poppy made the move from the UK to New Zealand back in 2012 and has never looked back. Originally from a small coastal town in the South of England near the New Forest, Poppy enjoys the community feel that runs deeply through Queenstown and the overall love of the outdoors that brings people here. Of course, the incredible backdrop and amazing sunrises and sunsets are pretty worthwhile too!
An avid hiker, Poppy loves the fact that no matter how many times you see the views of New Zealand, they are always guaranteed to take your breath away, especially when you’ve worked for them! She recently completed 3 of New Zealand’s Great Walks in 6 weeks and loved every single second of it. She believes that no matter what you’re into, you will always find something to enjoy here.
Poppy’s background is in educational program creation, travel, and health and fitness. She’s done a fair amount of country exploration during her time in New Zealand as well as getting to know her local Otago area too, so she’s well equipped and ready to help you with your holiday plans!
Jade Gibson
SALES & RESERVATIONS
Jade moved to New Zealand from the UK in 2019 after exploring the length of the country in depth the year prior – Queenstown really captured her heart and so she chose to settle amongst the mountains to hunker down during the pandemic and has never looked back.
An outdoor enthusiast, Jade loves Queenstown’s proximity to nature, and can often be found out hiking and camping in the region, or enjoying a BBQ by the lake. She also loves the fact that the town is small but lively and home to such a diverse population.
Jade has been working in tourism since arriving to New Zealand, and joined MajorDomo’s Sales and Reservations team in 2022.

Nuutea Itchner

Nuutea was raised in New Plymouth and moved to Wellington at 18 years old. This is where she gained her passion for people whilst working in hospitality.
She visited Queenstown in July 2023, fell in love with this beautiful place and its people, and officially moved the following month.
Nuutea has spent the majority of her free time exploring all the outdoor activities that Queenstown has to offer. She could be on a hike, spending an afternoon at one of the many lake shores around the Wakatipu basin or anything else! If it’s a nice day you can bet she’ll be making the most of it!
Tess Kelly
