What we’re doing to keep you safe
Health and safety for our guests, owners, and staff is a priority at MajorDomo villas.
All of our cleaning team, suppliers, and staff ensure that rigorous Covid-19 systems are in place to clean and sanitise our homes and lodges to the highest standards. All cleaning services are conducted by professional (not domestic) contractors at all times.
All systems and procedures have been developed and implemented from information and guidelines issued to professional cleaning institutions from the New Zealand Government, Ministry of Health NZ, and the World Health Organisation (WHO). All staff and suppliers responsible for cleaning our villas and lodges have been trained in these hygiene systems. All cleaning staff has PPE, gloves, masks, and hand sanitiser. In keeping with Covid-19 guidelines, extra attention is placed on all high use points, including door handles, electrical switches, taps, doors, handrails, plumbing fixtures and remote controls.
All villas and lodges are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using high-grade cleaning products also used in medical facilities.
