Ti Kouka is a beautiful expansive villa nestled into Queenstown Hill, just a 10-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. With its elevated position, this luxury holiday home enjoys spectacular lake and mountain views, sitting high on the hill above Queenstown Bay.

Split across three floors, Ti Kouka is a spacious villa, with a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which is perfect for entertaining and coming together as a family. Step out onto the private balcony from the dining area, soak up the views, or watch the sunset behind the mountains. In winter, enjoy the ambience of the fireplace in the cosy living area, and in summer, air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom and living areas will keep you cool and comfortable on the hot days. A private garage offers secure parking, although if you prefer to leave the car at home, a short walk downhill will find you amongst the vibrant town centre.

This luxurious home offers four bedrooms (two of which have outdoor patio areas) and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms can be made up as either a king bed or twin configuration as required and the fourth bedroom is bunk beds, which is best suited to children. With dreamy views and a central location, Ti Kouka is a wonderful home to make the most of your Queenstown holiday, and a great choice for families or couples to come together.

We also have another two beautiful properties in our portfolio (Queenstown Heights and Karamata) which are neighbouring in the same complex. These can be rented together for large groups of up to 18 guests, or by two or three families travelling together but seeking privacy. **Please note:  The fourth bedroom with bunk beds is only suitable for children <16 years old.  As such, we can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults per booking at this home.
