The top floor enjoys dramatic lake views for the full width of the property and is a generous and light open-plan space with a high ceiling.  At one end, a cosy lounge suite offers a lovely relaxing spot to watch movies, and at the other end, the modern kitchen is separated from the dining table by a kitchen island with bar stools.  A wrap-around veranda spans the front of the property to soak up the lake views, with a BBQ area, outdoor fireplace and private spa pool for the outdoor-living enthusiasts.  The master bedroom with a private en suite is also on the top floor and features a sliding door that opens up towards the lake and onto the veranda. 

Downstairs, there are two generous bedrooms, both with king split beds as well as a bunk room with an adjoining lounge area – perfect for the little ones of the family to tuck themselves away and enjoy a movie night or hangout in their own personal space.  Also on this level, there is a family bathroom, a separate WC and a large laundry.

This four-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is the perfect choice for those seeking a modern family home that has easy access to the town center (less than a 1.5 km walk).
