The Marlborough Lodge is a luxury country estate located in the heart of the famous Marlborough wine region. The historic boutique hotel is nestled within 16 acres of secluded parklands, providing the ultimate retreat to indulge in New Zealand’s gourmet province.

At the property, the ten contemporary suites are set over two floors, and each enjoys a large private en suite and balcony access. Guests can choose from a variety of room types to suit needs and budgets. Guests can make use of the on-site swimming pool, or the beautiful grass tennis courts next door.

Included in the nightly tariff is daily housekeeping with turndown service and dining at the lodge – A team of experienced in-house chefs prepare continental or cooked breakfast and divine a la carte dinner utilising local gourmet produce, with an intimate knowledge of how the food has been produced giving them a deep understanding of how best to handle it.

When you want to explore the local area, the property is surrounded by scenic vineyards, just 10 minutes drive from Blenheim and 25 minutes from Picton.

Whether you’ve spent your day relaxing at the lodge or exploring further afield, finish each day with a peaceful wander through the gorgeous 16 acres of gardens and vines then mingle at the outdoor fireplace with tantalising canapes and pre dinner drinks before dining on fresh local cuisine in our Harvest Restaurant.

Premium Suites: five available ranging from 22-30sqm and located on both the ground & first floor. These suites are distinctively spacious and elegant with luxury in every detail.

Lodge Suites: Three available ranging from 14-22sqm and located on both the ground & first floor.

Lodge rooms: Two available, 14.5sqm located on the ground floor only. One of these rooms features an accessible en suite.

Exclusive Use: Perfect for special occasions, groups or weddings. Use of all 10 suites plus an additional twin room, with accommodation for up to 20 guests.

Please note that children under 8 are only allowed when the lodge is booked exclusively. Family Suite options and rollaway beds for children over 8 years can be arranged at an additional cost and by prior arrangement only.
