The 1920’s homestead has recently been refurbished with a fresh palette of colours, textiles and furnishings. An interplay of contemporary and vintage furniture and lighting, with NZ artists and photographers gracing the walls throughout.

The Homestead has four double bedrooms each with a spectacular view of vineyards, mountains or gardens. Three bedrooms have private ensuites and the fourth bedroom has a separate bathroom with a double shower. The Homestead is available to rent exclusively for up to 8 guests or as individual suites for up to 2 people per room.

Exclusively, Rowley Estate is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of space for the whole family; the property features a formal dining room with seating for 10, a country style kitchen with central table for gathering, a TV/media room, private deck and courtyard and a large wrap-around veranda which provides plenty of shade during Marlborough’s long hot summer days.  The gardens are expansive offering a park-like setting, with beautiful lawns and trees to sit under – perfect for unwinding and recharging from a busy life.
