Ladena Queenstown

This architecturally designed retreat is perfectly positioned above Lake Wakatipu, offering guests a world-class private villa experience just minutes from central Queenstown.

With its hillside location, the well-considered layout of this luxury home is split over three levels to maximise every inch of space, with thoughtfully orientated floor-to-ceiling windows framing the spectacular views over Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range.

Street level gives access to the home via a private double garage and hosts the guest bedroom and impressive entrance hall. The middle level opens to the kitchen and dining area, which is fantastic for foodies, and the separate pantry lends itself well to a private chef coming in to prepare custom dinners for your stay. Open the sliding doors to extend the kitchen space to the outdoor entertaining area, where an outdoor fireplace and open fire pit will keep you toasty.

The living areas and dining room all face Lake Wakatipu to make the most of the views, and the cosy media room offers a fantastic retreat to tuck yourself away from the world.

Each of the five bedrooms is styled with distinct character, premium bedding and luxury linen, and each has its own private ensuite and beautiful views towards the lake or mountains. This makes Ladena a natural fit for larger families who want space to spread out, corporate retreats where every guest needs their own room and a peaceful setting for working days and private chef dinners, and friends looking for privacy, with the freedom to retreat to their own space and come together in the shared living areas and around the fire pit.

The whole property is finished with beautiful cedar throughout and Otago schist feature walls, creating a space designed to suit its surroundings. Add in a stunning NZ art collection, scattered with custom pieces designed to complement the spaces, and carefully curated interior design, and the result is a warm and inviting home that oozes sophistication.

Ladena is a luxury home like no other, and an exciting addition to the Queenstown private villa market.
