The Homestead has been creatively finished internally to offer a fresh and modern space, with bespoke art and furniture collected from around the world, carefully curated together to create several beautiful spaces to unwind in. The main living area is a spacious open planned space, with a large kitchen, in an elegant yet casual design, in fresh welcoming colours. Here you’ll find the Grand Piano and a large dining table, perfect for entertaining, and after a wonderful dinner, retreat to the library for an aperitif, positioned at the front of the property, with lovely views over the manicured gardens and lake. Keep warm throughout the home with 3 fireplaces and numerous heating options.

The homestead features 5 bedrooms, with the master in the original building offering modern styling and an en suite with a beautiful copper bath tub. A further two bedrooms (one of which is set up with twin beds – perfect for little ones) are situated in the extension of the main home, with the two remaining rooms found in the separate guest wing of the house. 

Outside, this beautiful home continues to deliver, with an outdoor swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing into the evening with a floating fireplace. For some family fun, enjoy a game of pétanque or even chess on the life-sized chess set, or simply take a stroll through the 100-year-old orchard to have direct access to the Lake Hayes walking trail.
