With only a ten-minute drive to either Queenstown Central or the Coronet Peak access road, this home has both accessibility AND privacy. Enjoy the peacefulness of your surroundings, or explore the local attractions on your doorstep, including the Onsen Hot Pools, your choice of craft breweries, a boutique gin tasting room, and multiple scenic walking tracks.

Inside the main house, you’ll find four double bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. It has 2 living areas, each boasting a large gas fireplace and spectacular views of the Shotover River and mountain ranges. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine. There is plenty of space to host one or two families or a group of friends travelling together. Additionally, there is a separate annex, which has its own kitchen, sitting room with a cosy wood burner and two bedrooms which share a bathroom.  

The deck in the main villa overlooking the Shotover River valley is a fabulous spot to enjoy an après ski drink, a barbeque or to relax with a book and enjoy the birdsong from the surrounding hills.

There is also a spa in which to relax after a day of activities which is adjacent to a sheltered lawn area where children can play or adults may enjoy a game of petanque.
