Cross Hill Domes Wanaka

Cross Hill Lodge & Domes offers high country hospitality and premium comfort in a remote, peaceful setting close to the shores of Lake Hawea.

The Cross Hill domes provide an architectural aesthetic, bringing the outside in to each and every dome and connecting guests with nature.  The floor to ceiling windows (cleverly positioned to ensure privacy) enable guests to lie in the sumptuous beds overlooking the stars at night or the morning sunrise.

Each of the six domes at Cross Hill has a 40sqm interior with a 30sqm deck. The luxury finishes are inspired by the local landscape to create a feeling of calm serenity, warmth and relaxation and the modern en suite bathroom features all of the conveniences you would expect from a luxury stay.  A small kitchenette features a pod coffee machine, kettle, bar fridge crockery and a dishwasher.  

On top of their environmentally friendly heating and cooling system and unique design features, each dome is equipped with a gas fire and heat pump. The climate control is completed by a solar fan that lets air in and out when temperatures reach 75 F, giving you full control over your space.

All guests at the domes also have exclusive access to Cross Hill Lodge which features an outdoor hot tub, plentiful lawn area, undercover outdoor deck for dining, indoor dining and lounge room, The Whiskey Room and Massage Room.  Breakfast is included and there is an option to add on a three course dinner for your stay too.
