This semi-rural holiday home for 10 is located in an area that is one of Queenstown’s best-kept secrets! This spot enjoys easy access to the restaurants, shops and supermarkets and speciality stores in the new Queenstown Central, and then the Queenstown town centre is just another 10-minutes’ drive from here. Arrowtown and some of the regions best local wineries are also less than 15 minutes’ drive away. For something a little different, you could also consider having E-bikes delivered to the house and hopping on the Queenstown trail, which is very close by. If you are visiting for a winter ski holiday, it is only a 10-minute drive to the bottom of Coronet peak ski field.
In the summer months, wander the nearby walking trails alongside the Shotover River and then enjoy a mountain view BBQ outdoors, making the most of the long summer evenings and when it gets cool you can curl up next to the outdoor fireplace with a glass of local wine and delicious cheeseboard. The house also has a ski drying room, including a brand new boot dryer, which means your gear will be dry for the next day of skiing. We can even arrange a portable spa hire for your stay, the perfect treat after a long day up the mountain.
This four-bedroom, three-bathroom property can accommodate a total of 10 guests and offers an inviting living area with a large open fireplace, and a bright and luxurious kitchen and dining area. Flowing on from the other side of the cosy snug lounge is the hallway leading to the three internal bedrooms – one en suite, and the other two share a bathroom. Step outside, undercover, and the separate studio is just a couple of metres away and features two singles in one room and a double bed in the main lounge area along with its own bathroom.
