The Beach House has been built to maximise the stunning views and sunshine in the Bay of Islands. This fabulous villa is a true retreat.  It is approximately a 3 ½ hour drive from Auckland or if you choose to fly to the Bay of Islands then it is just a 1 ½ hour drive from Whangarei or Keri Keri to this beach oasis.   The house has truly magnificent views of views of Hauai Bay & Oke Bay, making it the perfect holiday retreat, wedding venue or luxury family holiday hideaway. There is access to two fantastic beaches, (Hauai Bay 3mins walk & Oke bay 5 minutes), both are sheltered bays, great for swimming, fishing and rock hopping! 

The house is spread over two levels. The top level has four oversized bedrooms, all with beautiful ensuites and spacious wardrobes.  The lower level has its own living area and large deck plus two generous bunk rooms each room with one double and five single beds. There is a full bathroom with shower, bath, heated towel rails and toilet, plus an additional powder room.

The house offers expansive indoor and outdoor living and a fabulous kitchen for cooking that freshly caught fish!

If you can bare to leave the villa for a great coffee fix or provisions, the township of Russell is only 25 minutes away.  

Please note that the nightly rate is inclusive for up to 8 guests, this property has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. Extra guests are charged at $125 per adult per night and $60 per child per night.
