We understand it is a tricky time for travel plans, with restrictions in place for some travel routes and uncertainty around what the future holds with the recent Covid-19 outbreak.
With things evolving and changing every day, we are working hard behind the scenes to try and assist with questions, queries or changes to any travel plans that you may have with us to make this disruption as easy as possible for you.
As experts in bespoke travel and unique accommodation, there is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ rule around Covid-19 cancellations, but we do understand that any uncertainty can feel overwhelming and stressful and so please be assured that we are absolutely here to help you.
For any guests who are unable to travel due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, please contact us to discuss the terms and conditions specific to the property you have booked. Where possible, we are offering guests the opportunity to reschedule bookings for future travel, and waiving our standard $250 booking amendment fee.
Each of the properties that we work with are, as always, commercially cleaned to the highest standards and one of the benefits of a villa or holiday home is that it offers privacy and a sanctuary for you to escape to, away from other travellers.
We are continuously monitoring current local, regional and national advice for all destinations throughout New Zealand, and monitoring government-issued travel restrictions which may affect our guests.
As this is unchartered territory, please have patience as we work through each individual case, as we will be prioritising those whose travel is immediately affected first.
