Lots of homework before you leave, setting goals and budgets, stuffy meeting rooms and the quiet niggle in the back of your head reminding you of all the work that is backing up in the office for you on your return.

MajorDomo specialises in unique corporate retreats for groups of up to 20 guests utilizing private villa accommodation. Gone are standard hotel rooms, set breakfasts, and windowless meeting rooms. In their place are stylish private homes which offer flexibility, privacy, and a beautiful environment in which to stimulate ideas and strategies.

Villas can be stocked with all essential pantry items, have a daily maid service to do a quick tidy up whilst the team gets to work, and even have prepared lunches and dinners or a chef added into the mix to give you more time to meet – and to play.

Our MajorDomo concierge team is on hand for you leading up to your stay and during your stay to make sure all the little things come together beautifully. They will chat with you about the dynamics of your group and what you wish to achieve from your retreat. They will then present their suggested villa or villas tailored specifically to your requests.  Once you have chosen your perfect accommodation, they will ensure all in-villa services are organized and flowing seamlessly, with a range of upgrades to enhance your stay – think daily servicing, private chefs, grocery provisions, or local wines chilling in the fridge for your arrival.

K-Jet offer Airport transfers via JetBoat – perfect for a unique Queenstown arrival activity to get everyone excited for the retreat!

The MajorDomo Team will also craft activities for when you want to be out and about. This could be a jetboat ride from the airport to your villa for a true sense of arrival, an in villa wine master class (followed by a blind tasting for the competitive ones in your team), or our personal favourite: e-biking! This is a team is a great activity which is easily achievable for all levels of fitness and skill and we have some fantastic spots to show you. Team activities can be as quick as one hour or extend to a full day, depending how much time you have to spare.
