As a company we are often compared to international booking platforms such as Airbnb, so we thought we would summarise our points-of-difference:

We have always believed in supporting local, and the madness that was 2020 has (in our opinion) made this more important than ever.  You’ll find that we also list our some of our homes on the larger, internationally recognised booking portals (like Airbnb & booking.com) and we do work closely with them, but by booking directly through us you will be cutting out the middle man and supporting a kiwi company.  As well, you will receive authentic local experience from professionals who have extensive experience in the New Zealand tourism industry.  There are no chat-bots here!

We handpick a collection of beautiful holiday homes, luxurious lodges, and edgy hotels which we believe offer something special, whether that be in terms of architecture, design, location or unique experience.   In doing this, we take the legwork out of browsing hundreds of listings to match you with the perfect place, and our team of experts have exclusive access to all the best properties.  You can either take your time to flick through our listings or if you’re the type of person who’s short on time (let’s face it, who isn’t these days…) just let us know your requirements, what you love doing and who you are traveling with (little people on board or escaping with a group of friends) and we can suggest some options that we think will fit your brief – a bit like a holiday match-maker, partnering you with the perfect holiday accommodation!

2020 has forced us to look at the way we travel, and for many, the privacy of a holiday home is preferable to a hotel that hosts large volumes of people through its communal spaces, but you probably want to ensure that any rental space you are staying at has been properly cleaned since the last guests – this is where we come in!  Think of us as a luxury hotel-meets-home experience! We guarantee a commercial standard of clean with professional, experienced and Government registered cleaners prior to your arrival, and can even upgrade your stay with some of your favourite hotel ‘touches’:

• A big fan of the in-room minibar?  Our team can stock the fridge with your favorite snacks and drinks prior to your arrival
• Enjoy a freshly made bed each day?  We can add on daily servicing to your home to make sure your beds are tightly tucked each night ready for bedtime.
• A regular at the hotel reception desk looking for local information?  We’re experts at all things local and we are on hand to point you in the direction of the best activities, experiences, restaurants and coffee shops.
• Love the convenience of the on-site restaurant for dining?  Let us organise a private chef for your stay to prepare delicious restaurant-quality meals that you can enjoy without leaving the house!
