Welcome to Threepwood Villa, a very private and quiet mountain escape holiday home, only 5 mins from Arrowtown and 20mins from Queenstown – “Living in a painting” is how the owners describe the sweeping 360 degree views of The Remarkables and Coronet Ski Fields.

This newly built architecturally designed home sleeps 12 guests, perfect for a group or for families travelling together.  Featuring an open plan kitchen plus scullery, dining and living area that leads out to a covered loggia with open fire, as well as an outdoor area to take in the spectacular views. The main house has two bedrooms, King and Queen and the adjoining separate studio consists of a self-contained kitchen/living area plus two bedrooms, Queen and Double with separate bathroom. There is a spacious loft above the garage, with lounge area, en suite and two queen beds and two king single.

Threepwood Villa is perfect for any outdoor enthusiasts with biking and hiking trails on the doorstep, and easy access to the stunning Lake Hayes which is perfect for swimming in summer months and a lovely picnic spot. With uninterrupted views to the surrounding mountains, you will see hot air balloons and hang gliders overhead on a beautiful day and of course the night lights of the Coronet Peak over winter months. A walk to the top of Slopehill is a must-do and well worth the effort with views overlooking the Wakatipu Basin. There is also a tennis court available just a short walk down the farm track within the Threepwood Farm complex.  Threepwood Villa is within easy striking distance of three of NZs best ski resorts, and you will be spoilt for choice if you are an avid golfer with signature courses Jacks Point, Millbrook and The Hills plus Arrowtown and Queenstown courses.

Locally, Arrowtown has a great selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique shops as well as all amenities, boutique cinema, pharmacy, doctor, ATM and a small supermarket. There are also wonderful winery cellar door tasting rooms and restaurants available within 5 minutes’ drive. With Queenstown just a 20 minute drive away you will be totally spoilt for choices at Threepwood Villa.
