As you enter the property you are greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows stretching right out and into Lake Hayes and beyond. A large, open-plan kitchen, living and dining space means you can sit and watch the world change around you, the light and drama of the outside simply fall into this room. There are sliding doors out to a large outdoor entertaining space with a wood fire and BBQ, and there’s also a separate media room for those who want to nestle down with a movie for the evening.

On the first floor, you’ll find 3 generous-sized bedrooms all with their own breathtaking views. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share an interconnecting bathroom, with the end of the hallway leading into a gym and additional shower room. 

Up and onto the walkway and you’ll find another bedroom with tall cathedral-lined ceilings with views to the downstairs living area below as well as out to the gardens behind the property. 

Stroll across the walkway and you’re greeted with the master bedroom, and quite possibly the best views in the house. With windows on every side of the bed, this is a room you won’t want to leave. An in-room bathroom means you can stay captivated by the lake ahead of you while you bathe, and a good-sized walk-in robe means there is plenty of space to really make this room your own. 

This property also features a self-contained loft space, with 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, living and dining area, and an additional bathroom. This loft has internal and external access, making it a great option for those travelling with family or staff an needing a little extra privacy.
