Sang House is an architecturally iconic home in Auckland city. Originally designed by Ron Sang for his personal residence, it includes his trademark touches, a vast front door, distinct living spaces and zen landscaped gardens. The house is best described by Maggie Hubert of ‘Architecture Now’ as “a smoky floating glass box sitting back from the street, both discreet in its mysterious reflective materiality and bold form – it has the ability to both stand out and disappear “.

Sang House is close to the CBD and handy to Auckland Museum, Parnell, Remuera and Newmarket. The neighbourhood is quiet and personable. The established combination of exotic and native trees helps to create a unique environment well-suited for discerning guests. An extensive collection of NZ art is on display, rarely experienced in an accommodation setting.
