Just 450 meters to the beach in Onetangi , this Cape Cod style house, features beautiful rustic French doors, airy light-filled rooms with lots of glass windows to take in the Waiheke sunshine, high ceilings and timber bifold windows; and doors opening out onto large decks with spa pool, terraced seating areas and huge grassed garden.

The interior layout provides seamlessly integrated indoor/outdoor flow and open plan living to come together as a group, as well as smaller, more intimate nooks for quieter, relaxed contemplation.  The house has a muted palette of natural wood and soft creams and greys with splashes of colour against the white walls.  The stylish interiors feature the elegant minimalist aesthetic of Scandinavian style design.

The five bedrooms have gorgeous plush beds and are stylish and simple with layering of quality linens and statement lighting. Every room is adorned with lots of natural light. 

Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom which has a king bed, with en-suite and a private balcony. There are two further upstairs bedrooms. On the living level is another Queen bedroom. The fifth bedroom is the Garden Room – externally accessed with a King bed and its owns lounge area with tv.

A thoughtfully provisioned full kitchen will make it easy to cook up a feast using some of the freshest locally grown produce available at the local shops and market.

The house is a short 450 meter walk to the beautiful Onetangi Beach (Waiheke’s largest beach) with its cafes and restaurants – like The Boat House and Charlie Farley’s, where you can enjoy a stunning view with your meal. You are also only 50 meters to the liquor store & petrol station shop. The positioning is extremely convenient and a perfect place to base yourselves for exploring everything the island has to offer.  If you do not have a rental vehicle for your stay, the island bus service nearby will connect you with the wineries and other areas of interest across the island.
