We are so excited in the MajorDomo office about our newest accommodation offering for our guests – Glamping in Queenstown!

This entirely glamorous camping just appeals to us so much. An opportunity to experience a totally immersive tenting holiday/mini-break with the comfort of luxury linen, cashmere throws, a HOT shower, and 360-degree views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and its surroundings.

So what can you expect? The Lotus Belle tents are incredibly spacious. Queen size beds, luxury linens, fluffy comforters, sheep skin-clad armchairs and cashmere throws all offer fabulous comfort and style.  

The two camping sites are located on a working deer farm which is only 20 minutes drive from Central Queenstown but oh so private. You are free to wander around the tarns and stock tracks that surround your tent. You are also on the doorstep of Queenstown’s many fantastic activities and your MajorDomo concierge is on hand to arrange your day adventures for you – hiking, biking, jetboating, horseriding – the options are endless. 

You will have your own bathroom unit (shower and toilet), cooking facilities, barbecue, and all utensils if you wish to relax and cook in this outdoor environment yourself or we do recommend the ultimate glam camping activity – having your own private chef cook for you one evening.

This is a very special option for couples with a sense of adventure and desire to experience a truly immersive New Zealand experience.
